i-Base is a UK based organisation. For this reason I am unsure of the price of ARVs elsewhere – Unjani clinic.
Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) is a similar organisation to i-base, based in South Africa that may offer more suitable information.
Or you may find success in contacting the clinic directly.

I am very sorry but I don’t know the cost or where you could get ARVs in South Africa.
In the UK we only have them in hospital pharmacies but you could buy them from there with a prescription.

Hi Pertunia, where are you? In the UK ARVs are free. I do not know of cost in other countries as i-base is a UK based charity.
