I need to get a supply of TLD in Cape Town. I have relocated so clinics are closed at weekends and I’m only off Sunday, can you assist me how to get it?

Unfortunately i-base is a UK based company and I am unsure of how to access medication elsewhere. Have you contacted Tac? They are a similar charity to i-base based in South Africa.
Are you able to get to a pharmacy? They may be able to offer advice and where to access ARVs locally, or signpost you to the necessary services.
