Will missing 2 doses effect me?

Hi, my name is Delisile. I missed my dose 2 times because I forgot medication at my place. I was visiting my mom. Is it going to affect me? I’ve been taking the medication on daily basis.

No. Missing these doses are not going to affect your health.
Newer HIV medication have a longer half life. This means the medication will work in your body longer than 24 hours.
2 days is not enough time for your viral load to rebound.
This allows you to miss occasional doses – though it is still best to take your medication every day.
