   Hi Palesa, yes Volutrip in an ARV.

   This person being on Volutrip means they are looking after their health. In these cases it is low risk and PEP is not recommended. When on treatment, viral load can be suppressed so much that it is impossible to pass on HIV via unprotected sex.

   It remains good practise to still have regular testing for HIV to be sure of your status, but this event is not a high risk exposure.

   Hi Masego, how long ago did your mom start taking Volutrip? and for how long has she been vomiting? Have you noticed any other symptoms e.g., diarrhoea, fever or chills?

   If your mom is not looking/feeling well please take her to see a doctor.

   my mom started with her volutrip treatment after 18years of not taking any medicine now she is complaining about her abdominal pain must she change her treatment or should i take her back to the clinic cause she also vomits
