Is hairy leukoplakia a sign of HIV infection?

I had a unprotected homosex 32 days ago. Since 8 days after the possible exposure I have had rashes and some oral thrush which looks like Hairy Leukoplakia in my tounge. Can Hairy Leukoplakia only happen in people with HIV? Is it a symptom of any other illness?

The only way you will no if you have HIV is it you go for a HIV test. Having Hairy Leukoplakia does not mean you have HIV.
