Hi, I just realised that I am taking ARVs which expired last month, what will happen to me?

Even though they have expired they are still going to work. Expiration is determined by how long a drug remains effective.
The expiry date may be determined when the drug becomes 90% effective. After this it may be 89% effective but it is considered out of date. Using your ARVs until you can get newer ones is still going to keep you healthy.
Do you know when you will be able to access new medication?
