Where can we access treatment in Spain?

We are Americans, from Boston, planning to stay in Spain for 2-3 months in 2023. We have been on antiretroviral therapy (ART) for over 25 years. Our USA health insurer will only allow two months of ART when we travel. So if we stay longer than two months, which we would like to do, how might we access ART while in Spain. We plan to be in Seville. In the USA a month of ART drugs costs $3,00-$4,000. We cannot afford that. We can afford something well under $900. Thanks for your help.
