Hi I am HIV positive and 4 weeks pregnant and on treatment. My husband is not, so my question is will my baby contract HIV since we are not using protection?

Is there a reason your husband does not take treatment? and has he ever taken treatment?
If he does not take treatment there is no risk of resistance. This means that continuing to have sex without a condom will not be a risk to baby. This is because your own medication will act like PrEP and prevent transmission.
Do you know if you got HIV from the same place as your husband?
