Will I need to change when I take PEP?

Hello. I take PEP every 10pm. One time I missed taking it at 10pm but took it at 2am (4 hours later). Can I take a dose at 10pm again the same day and continue taking at 10pm or just change my schedule to 2am daily?

Yes, you can continue taking PEP at 10pm each day. You do not need to change the time you take PEP.
