How do I disclose information to my partner that I’m positive?

Telling a partner can be difficult. You need to make sure you are both comfortable to do so and that you are in a safe environment. Have you told anyone before? and do you know how your partner feels about HIV?
Having someone to support you while you tell them can be helpful. If you can also have conversations about HIV before telling them you can have discussions without risking telling them.
Often people become concerned about their own health when you disclose. Are you on treatment? If you can explain U=U this can help explain that there is no risk and that both you and them are safe.
