I have missed taking my pep for more than 24 hours what should I do?

How long in your course of PEP are you?

It is still possible that PEP will still work. If you are comfortable to do so, there is no harm in continuing to take PEP. Most drugs used for PEP remain in the body for longer than 24 hours. This can help treatment still to be effective, even if a dose is missed.
