Can I hide my status from my partner?

I was born with HIV and my partner does not know. Is it possible for me to hide it from him?

Why do you not want to tell your partner? Do you know how they might feel about it?

Are you on treatment? If you are with an undetectable viral load, there would be no risk of transmission to your partner.

Where are you based? Some countries require that status is disclosed prior to marriage if this is something you are considering.
