Can I be 5 minutes early with my medication?

I tested for HIV this week and I was HIV positive, I took my first medicine at 9:20pm and the second dose I took at 9:15pm. Is there any problem about that? Please answer.

Being 5 minutes late/early with your medication is fine. It will not cause a problem. In general it is okay to take your medication within an hour e.g., half an hour before and after your regular time.
