Does on-demand PrEP work for the day after?

I took 2 pills 6pm Saturday did not have sex
I will have sex Sunday 9pm or Monday evening
This is over the 24 hours .
Does it work just taking 1 pill 6pm on Sunday Monday Tuesday

Yes this will work. As you have had the initial double dose and continued taking PrEP daily it will still be effective.

PrEP will work as long as you have the initial double dose (for on-demand) and tke 2 single doses for the following 2 days.
