Hi, I’m Paulina. I’m now undetected for 4 months and I’m pregnant. Is it not early to be pregnant?

Congratulations on your pregnancy.
No it is not too early for you to be pregnant.
Being undetectable and on treatment is great. It means that the risk of transmission is very low. Many women will start treatment much later yourself and still go on to have healthy HIV negative children.
Baby will also be given their own treatment after brith to prevent transmission. This is explained here.
