Are my ARVs causing me to still have pain?

2 years back I had a minor accident in which I got hurt in my feet bone and it recovered over time of period any treatment. But when I started my ARV it’s hurting little bad since then. What would be the cause and how do I treat it?

How long have you been on your ARVs? and how soon did the pain in your feet start after taking ARVs?
As you did not have any treatment for your feet have you seen a doctor? and do you know if it is from the same injury or has something new happened?
ARVs do not cause old injuries to flare up and cause pain.
Do you know your current viral load/CD4 count? and how are you feeling in yourself? Have you noticed any other symptoms aside from the pain in your foot?
