How should I take Paxlovid?

This question is about Paxlovid for COVID but I thought maybe you could help just starting med. I took my morning dose at 2pm. Can I take evening dose at midnight and start a better routine tomorrow? Or should I wait until tomorrow morning for my next dose?

Yes you can do this. Ideally there should be 12 hours between doses.
On this first day there will only be 10 hours between the dose but this is still long enough for the treatment to be effective.
An easier schedule to move to would to then take the following dose at 10am the next day followed by 10pm.
This ensures the first 2 doses are not too close too each other. Then from this point on you can ensure that there will be 12 hours between doses.
