A viral load this high means HIV is actively replicating in your body.
Have you started treatment? And do you know your CD4 count?
When this high you are at risk of passing on HIV to others and your immune system is at risk of being damaged. Starting treatment will suppress HIV and protect your immune system.
Even though this number is high, it can become less than 200/undetectable as quickly as a months time.
Do you know how long you have been living with HIV?
