Should I extend my on-demand PrEP?

Hello, I am taking prep on demand. I took the double dose on the first day, then the second 24 hours after the initial dose and I had sex until the third day (42 hours after the first dose and 18 hours after the second), then I took the third 24 hours after the second Dose. My doubt is that the condom broke without me realizing it and the semen of the person was inside me for approximately 3 hours until I realized it. I know that I followed the protocol as it is, but the fact that the semen was inside for a long time do impact the protection?…After sex, I continúen with two more days of doses for a total of 5 days. Should I be worried? Should I extend the days? Should I start PPE?

No. You do not need to extend the duration of the on-demand PrEP.
As you have mentioned you have taken it correctly.
The semen inside you for 3 hours is not going to increase your risk of transmission given that you had taken PrEP correctly.
You do not need to switch to PEP. There is no risk of transmission from this exposure.
