My doctor just says to take my daily pill…

I am HIV positive last 3 day diagnosis
My hands finger and joint pain
Some rashes face tongue white
I have daily 1 pill takes some balance food
But doctor don’t advice and not appropriate me she says just 1 tablet take everything set
Plz give me some suggestions

If you only just found out you are HIV positive, it will take a while to get used to this.

This will make your immune system stronger. It might even improve symptoms in your hands and feet.
