Hi I’m 25 age I’m HIV positive can I take MDMA ecstasy drug injection 6 months once to enjoy is that okay?
I’m on ART treatment CD4 count is 390
Is it as risk as normal people or HIV + have more risk ?

What is the name of the ART you are on?
If there are no interactions with your ART, there is no additional risk from MDMA to you as someone living with HIV as someone HIV negative.
