Acriptega is a version of a combination called TLD. It is also sometimes called LTD.
It is best to take TLD at roughly the same time every day. However, most people take it in the morning after they wake up.
People who work at night, take it when they wake up each day.
This is because some people find TLD keeps them awake if they take it before they sleep, but the choice is up to you.
