Should I worry if I am on Luvigen and my wife has Acriptega?

I am in SA and my wife has been issued with Acriptega whilst I am on Luvigen. I do not have any side effects and I am very well. My concerns is I am not sure how Acriptega  is safe for her, just scared of side effects. Is my concern valid?

Luvigen and Acriptega are two versions of the same meds.

They are both versions of TLD but just from different drug makers:

This gets confusing but the small writing listing the ingredients will be the same.
