Will being sometimes late with meds affect my viral load?

Hi. I’m HIV positive and live in SA. I was undetectable 3 months ago. The past 4 weeks i have been taking my meds at different times (even 5 hours apart) but i took them everyday. Now im back im track. im wondering if it has affected my viral load?

It sounds like you are actually doing really well.
Modern HIV meds will still all be okay if you are sometimes late or miss a dose.
Your viral load will still have stayed undetectable during this time
