I had a cut on my finger. Am I at risk?

Last week I met woman who I paid to have sex with me. I inserted my finger in her vagina. While I have removed my finger, I have found very tiny cut on my finger, but it was dry, not a fresh one.
Please answer the following questions.
1. Am I at risk?
2. Is it possible to get infected?
3. Do I need to test? if so, when?

Firstly, let me start with the fact that not all women who have sex for money are HIV-positive. Very often, because of their job, they are well better educated in sexually transmitted diseases and HIV prevention, than the general population and their clients.
