Does Viagra react with tenofovir, 3TC and efavirenz? How should it be taken with these medications?

There are no drug interactions between tenofovir, 3TC and Viagra (sildenafil). However, there is a potential interaction with efavirenz. It is possible that using efavirenz at the same time as Viagra will slightly decrease the levels of Viagra in your blood. Please see this link for more details.
You should speak to your HIV doctor about close monitoring when taking efavirenz and Viagra together and about dose adjustment.
