How high is my risk of having HIV infection?

I had unprotected sex somewhere in late June or early July 2010 with an escort. After the intercourse, I saw blood on my penis. I am very worried and did a HIV test 10 weeks later on 14 September. My result using the HIV rapid test was negative and now I am still waiting for my actual blood test result. I do not have any fever or any obvious symptoms except sore throat.

If you have had a negative rapid test after 10 weeks then you do not have HIV.
