Where can I get an HIV test?

Question:

Hello,

I have just moved London for education and not registered to GP yet.
However, 1 month ago I received oral sex from a person.
I would like to 4th generation duo test for free but clinics are asking 100 pounds! It is very expensive for a student.

Is there any place in London that will test me with DUO test for free? The clinic I went (Waldron Health Centre) does Insti test not DUO test.

Thank you for your question and sorry for the delay in responding to it.

First of all, your chances of getting HIV from oral sex are quite low. Secondly, you need to go to a sexual health clinic that is attached to a hospital and you will be able to get a 4th generation test – free of charge.
