Can my test come back positive after 4 negative results?

Just for my own peace of mind I do need a yes or no answer please as I have one more question. Is it possible is test positive for HIV after 4 negative results over a period of 10 months? The last test being the 10 month one. Thank you so much in advance.

If you have not exposed yourself to HIV during the 10 months then the tests will be accurate. 4 negative tests, without additional exposure to HIV, indicates that you do not have HIV.
