Will my CD4 count increase now I am on treatment?

My CD4 count is 208. Is this a problem and will it increase or not now that I have started ARVs two days ago? A small swelling is appearing on my penis, what should I do?

A CD4 count of 208 is not a problem. Now that you have started treatment you should start to see your CD4 count increase over the next 6-12 months. For more information about CD4 count changes please follow this link.
