How can I stop HIv showing up on my medical exam?

If you have to take a HIV test in July and you are positive but you don’t want it to show positive in the medical what can be used to hide the virus from the test? Can coconut water work if drunk before the test?

If you are HIV positive then there is nothing you can do to stop the virus from showing up at your medical exam. Coconut water or any other herbal remedy will make no difference I’m afraid.
