What's the difference between ART and ARV?

I live in India, and my CD4 count is 523, since I am a middle class guy, I am taking the treatment in the government hospital.
Here they have ART treatment not ARV. Can you tell me the difference between ART and ARV?

There is no real difference between the ART and ARV.
ARV stands for Antiretrovirals and ART stands for Antiretroviral treatment. These both refer to the same medication, used to treat HIV

Over the last five years, there has been a dramatic increase in research into finding a cure for HIV. Please have a look at a page in ART in Pictures about the cure puzzle. As it says here, just as science developed ART, one day there will be a cure. It’s always good to be optimistic – and hope is a powerful thing.
When are the the proffessions to get cure for HIV disease?
I was using the pill that is brown or pink but im not sure about the colour but now its White i want to known the difference now
