If two guys are both positive, undetectable and both on the same medicationss, is it possible to infect each other with a drug resistant strain?
Answer
No. This is usually the case when some couples make a choice to have unprotected sex.
Another factor is that the two partners need to be taking their HIV drugs and not missing doses.
