Can I restart darunavir?

1 week after starting Darunavir, I had severe symptoms of common cold(fever,cough,vomiting and painful body. All my bloddtests(LFTS,FBC,Serum Creatinine,Serum Amylase were normal.
All symptoms disappeared after stopping the drug. Can I do a rechallenge?

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your question. Are you asking if you can restart with darunavir? If this is not your question please let me know.
It is possible that this severe reaction means that you are allergic to darunavir or ritonavir (which is used as a booster). If your doctor thinks you are allergic to darunavir, or ritonavir, you should not take these medicines.
