Is this a 'blip' and do I need to be worried?

I received my CD4 and viral load result today.
My CD4 is 365 (last one was 290) and viral load is 52 (last one was 40).
I am worried about the viral load blip and am afraid of resistance. I always adhere to my drugs although I do sometimes take it 2 or three hours before I should.

Your recent viral load result is so close to 50 that it could be a blip or just a lab or test error, especially if you have been taking all your meds on time.
