I’ve just known that i am hiv positive almost 3 weeks. Is it possible that I’ll be cured. Can I still get married and have children? What should I eat? thank you very much.

Things will be okay. It is a shock to learn you are positive but it does get easier.
Modern treatment means your life will still be as long and fulfilling as before you learnt this news. You can still get married and still have children.
