Are Atenef and Atroiza the same medicines?

Hi, I started treatment on the 06-June 2017 and they gave me Atenef Pills, now this month they gave me Atroiza, are they working the same, plz help m confused

Atroiza and Atenef are both generic versions of Atripla.
This means is that they both contain the same active drugs.
It is perfectly safe to use different versions of Atripla. For more info, please see here:

Weight loss with modern ARVs isn’t really something that’s common. Also your CD4 is good, so the weight loss is unlikely to be related to your HIV.
Weight loss can be related to a lot of things, two of which are stress and diet.
If the weight loss is an issue the best thing to do is to consult your doctor.

My cd4cobut is 520 and viral load undetectable bt I lost weight from 72 to 65 and currently on Rizene.is this normal?

The drop is only slight, therefore it’s very possible that this is simple a CD4 fluctuation. As long as your viral load is stable, then this slight drop isn’t an issue.
Weight gain can be due to a number of reasons, are you exercising? Do you have a healthy diet? How much weight have you gained and over what period of time?

My CD4 count was 281 in October and now it is 250 In March and at the same time I have gained weight, can you please tell me why is these happening. im panctual in taking my medication I do not skip a day neither taking them in time.
