Hi I’m HIV positive with a undetected viral load and had unprotected sex with my partner. He had a rash on his genitals is it possible that I infected him?

When someone has an undetectable viral load they cannot transmit HIV. Therefore, unless you have another STI, the rash has nothing to do with you. For more info, please see here:
