I’m undetectable, can I transmit?

I have had undetectable viral load and CD4 more than 800 for over 3 years. I am on ARVs (tribuss), I constantly check up with my Dr and I religiously take my meds daily without fail. However i have recently had unprotected sex with HIV negative man who is NOT circumcised. I am worried and afraid that i may have infected him with Hiv virus, what are the chances that i have infected this man given the above? Please advise, i am stressing, my conscience is killing me.

Because your viral load is undetectable your partner isn’t at risk of contracting HIV from you. Therefore, you don’t need to be stressed out about any possible risk. There’s more info about this here:
