Can dolutegravir add to anxiety?

My doctor recently switched me from dolutegravir to raltegravir, which I take along side Descovy (FTC/TAF). The doc says dolutegravir can add to anxiety and isn’t as good for my central nervous system.
Have you heard of this effect from dolutegravir?
I am a white men aged 53. I’ve been positive for 6 years in January and I was luckily diagnosed at seroconversion.

Your doctor is giving you good information.
Although most people find dolutegravir very easy to take, about 5% of people (1 in 20) find it changes their mood. This can include anxiety.
Raltegravir is not linked to this side effect.
