Hi I-base, I am HIV positive and I want to ask if it is safe to use horny goat weed supplements in 6 hours interval between ARV consumption and the supplements…your answer will be very much appreciated, thanks.

After 6 hours there is no risk of interaction.
Supplements can be taken either 2 hours before ARV, or 6 hours after.
This time frame allows for there to be no interaction.

Hi Andrew, as you are taking Triumeq in the evening you are able to take these supplements in the morning. There will be no risk of interaction between them.
Hello l am taking Triumeq at night. Can I safely take Tribulus terrestris, gingko, zinc and arginine at breakfast once a day please?
