Can I return to breastfeeding at 7 months?

Hi, I stopped breastfeeding at 5 months because my nipples were cracking “I’m HIV+” and I introduced food. Mow my baby is 7months, is it possible to breastfeed again?

Congratulations on having a baby.
Yes you can breastfeed. After 6 months baby’s tummy has developed and switching between food and breastmilk is not going to risk transmission to baby.
It is not going to irritate baby moving between the two.
