What does HIV antibody count of 161 mean?

Are you talking about antibodies or viral load?
Antibodies is usually a test result with ‘yes or no’.
Viral load is how much HIV is active in the body and is given as a number.
A viral load of 161 is excellent. It means your treatment is working and HIV is being suppressed.
As your viral load is below 200, it means HIV is having no impact on your immune system and it is impossible for you to pass on HIV to someone else via sex.
