Hello, Can you help me know the half-life of TLD (LTD) and especially DTG?

How long does it take for the body to eliminate the substance so it can’t be detected anymore?

There are three drug in TLD and they all have different half-lives.

• Dolutegravir half-life is 13-14 hours.
• Lamivudine half-life is 5-7 hours.
• Tenofovir DF half-life is about 17 hours.

It usually takes 5 x the half life for a drug to clear your body.
