If I am happy taking oral therapy, will there be pressure on me to take long-acting injectionss?

Please don’t worry.

There will always be the option to choose oral meds.

Although more people are having the choice of injections, these are still quite difficult to access.

Oral meds will always be available as they are generally less expensive to make and easier for the clinic to prescribe.

Oral meds might become easier though, so there might be a choice of only needing to take a pill once a week. Even then, daily meds will still be available.
