I’m late with my meds, will I be OK?

I’m new on ARVs. I started on the 1st of feb. My question is, I’m taking one in the morning and other at night. I was late by 30 minutes. Will I be ok?
Ans is it ok to mix them with immune booster tablets?

Hi Lucky,
Being late by 30 minutes is OK, this won’t affect how your ARVs work. However, because you’ve just started them, if you could try and take them as prescribed this would help. For more info about starting meds, please see here:

The only thing that can help your HIV is ARVs, boosters will not increase your CD4, or reduce your viral load.
