Answer
Your current CD4 count is very good.
Avoiding stress, eating a balanced diet and taking exercise are three good lifestyle approaches that will help keep you in good health until you need treatment. Only stress has been linked in studies to CD4 count though, so this may be most important.
Routine monitoring (every 4 months or so) and not worrying too much about the actual count each time will probably be fine for you for the next few years – perhaps longer.
When you need treatment, HIV drugs are the only effective way to increase your CD4 count.

Thank you for your question.
HIV medication can increase CD4 count to normal levels providing it is taken consistently, as prescribed by the doctor. The HIV treatments available in India will work as well as any other HIV drugs to increase the CD4 count of someone who is HIV positive.
If an HIV positive person has a CD4 count of 210 can the count be increased to the normal count required? Can the HIV medications available for ART, provided by the Indian government increase the CD4 count of a HIV positive person?
Thanks in advance
