CHIVA resources for children living with HIV

The Children’s HIV Association (CHIVA) has launched a new set of resources called My Meds, My Health to support children and young people living with HIV to take their medication.

The My Meds, My Health resources include:
- An in-depth information booklet on HIV medication.
- Four information sheets on: contraception & HIV meds; PEP; PrEP and the search for an HIV cure.
- A set of animations. These include: how HIV medication works; best practices for taking meds; potential side effects and how to manage them; and using contraception alongside HIV medication.
- A series of informative videos. The first of these were launched on TikTok and tell the story of when PEP meets PrEP in a cafe 🙂
