Multivitamins are minerals are only really needed if you have a deficiency or if you don;t have a balanced and nutritious diet.
So long as you use recommend dose they will not do any harm.
The only ARVs that interact with multivitamins are integrate inhibitors. It this case you just need to separate dosing of the multivitamins and ARVs by at least four hours
Hi Ilham, as this is not regular maintaining your normal time of treatment will have no effect on your health. You can take TLD at 10pm as expected.

I am detected on 9th Aug 2022, My cd4 was at 45 last month. Took my first TLD on the 29th Aug.
This evening I’ve made a mistake I consume a supplement milk containing multivitamin at 8PM while I need to take my TLD at 10PM, is it better if I delay my TLD for another 2hours, or should I just take it on time, with decreased effectiveness on TLD?
I Ilham, yes it is okay to take multivitamins at 6am. They will not interact with your TLD. What multivitamins are you taking? There is no evidence to support that they help with wasting syndrome? Is this wasting from HIV?

Hi Malebohang, there is a slight interaction to be aware of. To avoid this, taking DS24 either 2 hours after or 6 before after Luvigen will avoid this interaction.
