Hi, I have a high viral load and low CD4 count. I am on AZT for 10 yrs. pls advise.

Is AZT the only drug you are taking? If yes, then it is really important that your doctor gives you a new combination that includes three HIV medicines.
Do you know what your CD4 count and viral load is?
It sounds like the AZT is no longer working. After ten years as a single treatment you will be resistance to this drug.
